NEAR LATITUDE 38.6 NORTH...LONGITUDE 58.8 WEST OR ABOUT 630 MILES...
1015 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF CAPE RACE NEWFOUNDLAND.
ISAAC IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 26 MPH...43 KM/HR...
AND A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHEAST WITH AN INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER OF
ISAAC IS EXPECTED TO MOVE OVER OR NEAR NEWFOUNDLAND CANADA LATE
TOMORROW. HOWEVER...WINDS OF TROPICAL STORM FORCE COULD BEGIN
