PORTIONS OF NORTH CAROLINA...SOUTH CAROLINA AND GEORGIA.

FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCHES ARE IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF
ILLINOIS...KENTUCKY...MISSOURI...GEORGIA...SOUTH CAROLINA AND
NORTH CAROLINA.
