A TROPICAL STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI
RIVER TO SABINE PASS.
TROPICAL STORM WARNINGS MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PORTIONS OF THE AREA
EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

AT 10 PM CDT...THE CENTER OF THE TROPICAL DEPRESSION WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 23.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE 89.7 WEST OR ABOUT 360 MILES SOUTH OF
THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER.
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 35 MPH. TROPICAL DEPRESSION THREE HAS
THE POTENTIAL TO STRENGTHEN TO A TROPICAL STORM IN THE NEXT 12 TO 24
