PRES WEAKENS FOR LACK OF UPPER SUPPORT AND QUASI-ZONAL FLOW
OVER RIDGE.  BROKEN LOW CLOUDS AND WIDELY SCATTERED SHOWERS
ALONG FRONT DECREASING AS SUBSIDENCE ALOFT MAKES ITS WAY TO
