AT 35 MPH. IT IS BEING ABSORBED BY AN EXTRATROPICAL CYCLONE TO

STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES TO NORTHERN
NEW ENGLAND OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS AS THIS SYSTEM PROPAGATES
NORTHEASTWARD.
