FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...
THE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE LOCATED ABOUT 1500 MILES EAST OF THE LESSER
ANTILLES CONTINUES TO SHOW SIGNS OF ORGANIZATION AS IT MOVES TO THE
NORTHWEST. THIS SYSTEM HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A TROPICAL
DEPRESSION OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AS UPPER-LEVEL WINDS BECOME
MORE CONDUCIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT.
THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION THIRTEEN...CENTERED ABOUT 850
MILES EAST-SOUTHEAST OF BERMUDA...HAVE NOT BECOME ANY BETTER
ORGANIZED THIS EVENING. HOWEVER...THIS SYSTEM COULD BECOME A
TROPICAL CYCLONE AGAIN DURING THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS IT MOVES
NORTHWARD.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
THURSDAY.
