AT 4 AM GUAM LST...1800Z...THE CENTER OF TYPHOON NABI WAS LOCATED BY
DOPPLER RADAR NEAR LATITUDE 15.2 DEGREES NORTH AND LONGITUDE 147.2
DEGREES EAST. THIS IS ABOUT
                    100 MILES EAST OF SAIPAN
                    105 MILES EAST OF TINIAN
                    155 MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF ROTA
                    205 MILES NORTHEAST OF GUAM
                    190 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF ALAMAGAN
                    220 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF PAGAN...AND
                    220 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF AGRIHAN.

TYPHOON NABI IS MOVING WEST AT 14 MPH. NABI IS EXPECTED TO TURN
SLIGHTLY TO THE WEST-NORTHWEST DURING THE NEXT 12 TO 24 HOURS.

NABI IS A CATEGORY 1 TYPHOON WITH MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS OF
75 MPH. NABI WILL CONTINUE TO INTENSIFY DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS EXTEND OUTWARD UP TO 115 MILES FROM THE
CENTER.

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CNMI DECLARED TYPHOON CONDITION 1 FOR TINIAN
AND SAIPAN AT 1 AM. CNMI EMO REPORTS EVACUATION CENTERS AT THE
TANAPAG...GARAPAN...WSR...KOBLERVILLE AND DANDAN ELEMENTARY
SCHOOLS ARE OPEN. THE EVACUATION CENTER AT MARIANAS HIGH SCHOOL IS
ALSO OPEN. LONG TERM SHELTEREES CAN BE HOUSED AT THE GYMNASIUM AT
