FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER HAS INITIATED ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
DEPRESSION TWELVE... LOCATED OVER THE CENTRAL BAHAMAS ABOUT 175
MILES SOUTHEAST OF NASSAU.

A LARGE TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED OVER THE EASTERN ATLANTIC OCEAN...
ABOUT 850 MILES WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS... HAS CHANGED
LITTLE IN ORGANIZATION TODAY.  WHILE ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS ARE
ONLY MARGINALLY FAVORABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT... THIS SYSTEM COULD
STILL DEVELOP INTO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF
DAYS AS IT MOVES WESTWARD OR WEST-NORTHWESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH.

ELSEWHERE... TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.
