FURTHER WEAKENING IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS...AND JEANNE

NEVER USE CANDLES OR ANY OPEN FLAME FOR LIGHTING DUE TO THE RISK OF
FIRE.

...STORM SURGE FLOOD AND STORM TIDE IMPACTS...
TIDES AROUND 2 TO 3 FEET ABOVE THE HEIGHT OF NORMAL TIDES WILL
CONTINUE TONIGHT. THE COMBINATION OF ALREADY HIGH WATER LEVELS...HIGH
TIDES AND POSSIBLE HEAVY RAINFALL MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS ALONG THE COAST BUT ALSO ALONG THE ST. JOHNS RIVER AND
OTHER COASTAL WATERWAYS. THE MOST LIKELY TIME FOR SUCH CONDITIONS
WILL BE AROUND THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE THIS EVENING.

...WIND IMPACTS...
FLAGLER AND ST. JOHNS COUNTIES CONTINUE TO REPORT OCCASIONAL
SUSTAINED WINDS BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 60 MPH.
THESE CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING BUT SHOULD BEGIN TO
SLOWLY IMPROVE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

AT TIMES WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS TO 60 MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH

COUNTIES...SQUALL BANDS WILL CONTINUE MOVING THROUGH THE AREA THIS
EVENING. SUSTAINED WINDS WILL OCCASIONALLY BE AS HIGH AS 50 TO 60 MPH
WITH POSSIBLE HIGHER GUSTS IN THE STRONGER BANDS. WINDS AND RAIN
SHOULD BEGIN TO GRADUALLY TAPER OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT.

OCCASIONALLY REACH TROPICAL STORM STRENGTH TONIGHT WITH SUSTAINED
SPEEDS OF TO 40 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH OVERNIGHT.

...FLOOD IMPACTS...
HEAVY RAIN IS SPREADING ACROSS NORTHEAST FLORIDA. RADAR ESTIMATES
INDICATE UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN SOUTHERN MARION
AND FLAGLER COUNTIES. STORM TOTALS OF 3 TO 6 INCHES ARE LIKELY IN THE
COASTAL AREAS...WITH 5 TO 8 INCHES POSSIBLE ALONG AND TO THE RIGHT OF
THE STORM TRACK. A FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE NORTHEAST
FLORIDA COASTAL COUNTIES OF NASSAU...DUVAL...ST. JOHNS AND FLAGLER AS
WELL AS CLAY PUTNAM AND MARION COUNTIES UNTIL 8 AM. IN ADDITION...
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL LIKELY POSE A RENEWED OR CONTINUED THREAT OF
FLOODING ON AREA RIVERS.

...TORNADO IMPACTS...
A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 100 AM EDT FOR MOST OF NORTH
FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA. THE AREA WILL CONTINUE TO BE ON THE
RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE STORM'S CIRCULATION...WHICH IS A FAVORED
