...STORM SURGE FLOOD AND STORM TIDE IMPACTS...
AS JEANNE MOVES NORTHWESTWARD TODAY...WINDS WILL BECOME ONSHORE AND

RESIDENTS WHO LIVE NEAR RIVERS SHOULD PREPARE FOR MODERATE TO MAJOR
FLOODING.
...MARINE IMPACTS...
WINDS AND SEAS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE OVER THE GULF MAKING
CONDITIONS VERY HAZARDOUS TODAY. ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS ARE POSSIBLE
AS RAIN BANDS MOVE RAPIDLY SOUTHWEST ACROSS THE WATERS. ALL MARINERS
SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT.
...TORNADO IMPACTS...
THE PRIMARY AREA FOR TORNADO DEVELOPMENT IN TROPICAL SYSTEMS IS THE
RIGHT FRONT QUADRANT OF THE STORM. A TORNADO WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED
FOR AREAS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 4 UNTIL 5 PM WITH ISOLATED
TORNADOES POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA. STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER
RADIO FOR POSSIBLE WARNINGS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE QUICK ACTION TO
SAVE LIFE AND PROPERTY.
