STORM JEANNE...LOCATED ABOUT 50 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GREAT INAGUA
ISLAND...AND ON HURRICANE KARL...LOCATED ABOUT 975 MILES WEST OF
THE OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
THE CIRCULATION OF FORMER TROPICAL DEPRESSION IVAN IS LOSING
TROPICAL CHARACTERISTICS OVER EASTERN VIRGINIA. INFORMATION ON THIS
SYSTEM CAN BE FOUND IN PUBLIC ADVISORIES ISSUED BY THE
