WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE ACROSS ST CROIX THIS AFTERNOON...
REACHING 20 TO 30 MPH BY SUNSET AND THEN INCREASING FURTHER TO
SUSTAINED TROPICAL STORM FORCE WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH WITH HIGHER
GUSTS BY EARLY THIS EVENING AND THEN CONTINUE BEYOND MIDNIGHT. OVER
ST THOMAS...ST JOHN AND THE ADJACENT SMALLER ISLANDS...WINDS WILL
GRADUALLY INCREASE TO 15 TO 25 MPH THIS AFTERNOON...THEN INCREASE
