AT 500 AM EDT...THE CENTER OF HURRICANE IVAN WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 18.6 NORTH...LONGITUDE 80.8 WEST...OR ABOUT 55 MILES
SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF GRAND CAYMAN. THIS IS ABOUT 410 MILES
SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF KEY WEST. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 155
MPH...WITH HIGHER GUSTS. THIS MAKES IVAN AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
CATEGORY FOUR ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON SCALE. SOME FLUCTUATIONS IN
INTENSITY ARE LIKELY DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. IVAN IS MOVING TOWARD
THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 9 MPH...AND A TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST IS
