SOUTHEAST OF KINGSTON JAMAICA. THIS IS ABOUT 660 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
KEY WEST. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS WERE NEAR 145 MILES AN
HOUR...MAKING IVAN A DANGEROUS CATEGORY FOUR ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON
SCALE. IVAN IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MILES AN
