AT 1100 PM EDT...THE CENTER OF HURRICANE IVAN WAS LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 15.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 73.3 WEST...OR ABOUT 290 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF KINGSTON JAMAICA. THIS IS ABOUT 840 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
KEY WEST. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS WERE NEAR 150 MILES AN
HOUR...MAKING IVAN A CATEGORY FOUR ON THE SAFFIR-SIMPSON SCALE. IVAN
IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NORTHWEST AT 13 MILES AN HOUR. MINIMUM
CENTRAL PRESSURE WAS ESTIMATED AT 923 MB...OR 27.26 INCHES OF
MERCURY.

FLORIDA TURNPIKE HAVE BEEN LIFTED. THE MONROE COUNTY INFORMATION
