NORTHWEST NEAR 8 MPH. ON THIS TRACK...THE CENTER OF FRANCES SHOULD
MOVE OVER THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE LATER TODAY.

BANDS OF HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE WEST FLORIDA COASTLINE
FROM ENGLEWOOD TO CEDAR KEY. THE BANDS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE SLOWLY
NORTHWARD FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. HEAVY RAINS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES AN
HOUR AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 60 MPH ACCOMPANY THE HEAVIEST BANDS.

THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE NEAR THE COAST THIS MORNING ASSOCIATED
WITH SPIRAL BANDS FEEDING INTO THE STORM. GUSTS ALONG THE
IMMEDIATE COAST COULD APPROACH 60 MPH. THE REMAINDER OF THE AREA
SHOULD GENERALLY SEE WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
