THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON HURRICANE
FRANCES...CENTERED ABOUT 590 MILES EAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD
ISLANDS...AND ON TROPICAL STORM GASTON...CENTERED ABOUT 35 MILES
SOUTHEAST OF CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA.
A SMALL LOW PRESSURE AREA IS LOCATED ABOUT 350 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST
OF BERMUDA. ALTHOUGH THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS CURRENTLY
MINIMAL...THERE IS STILL SOME POTENTIAL FOR THIS SYSTEM TO BECOME A
TROPICAL DEPRESSION OVER THE NEXT DAY OR SO AS THE SYSTEM MOVES
WESTWARD.
ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
MONDAY.
