EAST. THIS IS ABOUT 55 MILES NORTH OF ENEWETAK.
TROPICAL STORM SONGDA IS MOVING WEST-NORTHWEST AT 13 MPH. MAXIMUM
SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 70 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 85 MPH. TROPICAL STORM
SONGDA WILL BECOME A TYPHOON THIS SUNDAY MORNING.

DAMAGING WINDS WILL CONINUE THROUGH THIS SUNDAY MORNING AS THE
