A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE CENTERED ABOUT 700 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST
OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS IS MOVING WESTWARD NEAR 15 MPH.  SATELLITE
IMAGES INDICATE THAT THIS SYSTEM IS WELL ORGANIZED...AND CONDITIONS
APPEAR TO BE FAVORABLE FOR A TROPICAL DEPRESSION TO FORM LATER
TODAY OR ON WEDNESDAY.

THE REMNANT CIRCULATION OF DANIELLE...LOCATED ABOUT 770 MILES
WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE WESTERNMOST AZORES ISLANDS...IS MOVING
NORTHWARD AT ABOUT 10 MPH. THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY REMAINS
LIMITED...AND UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE CURRENTLY UNFAVORABLE FOR
REDEVELOPMENT.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.
