ABOUT 410 MILES... 655 KM...SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF SANTO DOMINGO
IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC.
EARL IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 21 MPH
