LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 12.5 NORTH...LONGITUDE 24.0 WEST OR ABOUT
240 MILES... 390 KM... SOUTH OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.
THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 15 MPH...24 KM/HR...
AND THIS GENERAL MOTION TO THE WEST OR WEST-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED
FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
