HURRICANE CHARLEY. ERRORS IN THE FORECAST TRACK AT 24 HOURS ARE NEAR

ASSOCIATED WITH GULF MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE EVENING HOURS
TODAY. AS THE HURRICANE MOVES NORTH..ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL IS
EXPECTED...WITH SEVERAL INCHES OF HEAVY RAINFALL POSSIBLE AS
HURRICANE CHARLEY TRANSITS THE REGION BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. RIVER
LEVELS ARE CURRENTLY LOW AND...AT THIS TIME...NO SIGNIFICANT RIVER
FLOODING IS EXPECTED. FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AREAS IS POSSIBLE AND
INTERESTS IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS ARE ADVISED TO PREPARE FOR THIS
