...TROPICAL DEPRESSION BONNIE TRACKING AHEAD OF FRONTAL
BOUNDARY...
FLOOD WATCHES REMAIN IN EFFECT THROUGH TONIGHT FOR PARTS OF
NORTHERN FLORIDA...GEORGIA...SOUTH CAROLINA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS
ARE OCCURRING IN THE VICINITY OF THE SURFACE LOW PRESSURE CENTER.
RADAR DATA INDICATE THAT UP SIX INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER
PARTS OF THE SOUTHEAST.
AT 11 PM... 03Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION BONNIE WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 32.5 NORTH LONGITUDE 80.3 WEST OR ABOUT 25
MILES SOUTHWEST OF CHARLESTON SOUTH CAROLINA. BONNIE HAS BEEN
MOVING NORTHEAST NEAR 30 MPH AND THIS GENERAL MOTION IS EXPECTED
TO CONTINUE INTO THE MORNING. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 35
MPH WITH HIGHER GUSTS. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1008 MB OR
29.76 INCHES.
