including the following areas, Cannon, Coffee, Cumberland, De Kalb,
Fentress, Grundy, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Van Buren, Warren and
White.

The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Bedford, Cheatham, Clay, Davidson, Dickson, Giles,
  Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis, Macon,
  Marshall, Maury, Montgomery, Perry, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith,
  Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Wayne, Williamson and Wilson.

* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
  crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - A flood watch has been issued for Middle Tennessee due to
    anticipated rainfall from Helene. Forecast rainfall amounts
    are 1 to 3 inches with storm total amounts of 2 to 6 inches
    across Middle Tennessee.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
