  Southeastern Cannon County in middle Tennessee...
  Cumberland County in middle Tennessee...
  De Kalb County in middle Tennessee...
  Southern Putnam County in middle Tennessee...
  Van Buren County in middle Tennessee...
  Warren County in middle Tennessee...
  White County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 723 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor draining and low-lying areas, as well as
           low water crossings.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Cookeville, McMinnville, Crossville, Sparta, Smithville, Spencer,
  Fairfield Glade, Crab Orchard, Morrison, Pleasant Hill, Doyle,
  Centertown, Viola, Virgin Falls State Natural Area, Bakers
  Crossroads, Rock Island State Park, Hamptons Crossroads, Burgess
  Falls State Park, Indian Rock Lake and Lake Tansi.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
