...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 600 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN DAVIDSON...NORTHEASTERN DICKSON...CHEATHAM AND
SOUTHWESTERN ROBERTSON COUNTIES...

At 531 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Ashland City,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Ashland City, Coopertown, Joelton, Pleasant View,
Cheatham Dam, Beaman Park, and Whites Creek.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 21 and 37.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.

building.
