...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 PM CDT
FOR DICKSON...SOUTHERN MONTGOMERY...EASTERN HOUSTON...CENTRAL
CHEATHAM AND NORTHEASTERN HUMPHREYS COUNTIES...

At 456 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northwest of
Ashland City, moving northeast at 70 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Dickson, Ashland City, Erin, White Bluff, Kingston Springs, Pegram,
McEwen, Tennessee Ridge, Pleasant View, Charlotte, Vanleer, Slayden,
Cheatham Dam, and Cunningham.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 16 and 17.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
