...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN DICKSON...
NORTHWESTERN WILLIAMSON...SOUTH CENTRAL CHEATHAM AND NORTHEASTERN
HICKMAN COUNTIES THROUGH 300 PM CDT...
At 233 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles south of Burns, or 9 miles south of Dickson, moving east at 25
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Dickson, Kingston Springs, Fairview, Lyles, and Bon Aqua.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 40 between mile markers 174 and 188.
Interstate 840 between mile markers 1 and 16.
