...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Giles, Lawrence and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 859 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    overnight showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    ongoing in the advisory area, especially in flood prone
    areas.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Loretto, Collinwood, Summertown,
    Ardmore, St. Joseph, Elkton, Minor Hill, Ethridge, Lynnville,
    Leoma, Goodspring, Henryville, Westpoint, Prospect, Iron City
    and Frankewing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
