...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN MAURY AND CENTRAL
WILLIAMSON COUNTIES THROUGH 945 PM CDT...
At 918 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Columbia, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Columbia, Spring Hill, Mount Pleasant, Thompson's Station,
Santa Fe, Williamsport, and Leipers Fork.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 65 between mile markers 52 and 63.
Interstate 840 between mile markers 9 and 38.
