...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN DAVIDSON COUNTY...

At 735 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles south of
Joelton, moving east at 5 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Nashville, Madison, Goodlettsville, Joelton, Whites Creek, and Beaman
Park.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 85 and 96.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 38 and 49.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
