...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN DAVIDSON...
SOUTHWESTERN SUMNER AND NORTHWESTERN WILSON COUNTIES THROUGH 830 PM
CDT...
At 806 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Lakewood, or 11 miles southwest of Gallatin, moving east at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Gallatin, Lebanon, Hendersonville, Mount Juliet, Goodlettsville,
Lakewood, Hermitage, Old Hickory, and Green Hill.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 228 and 230.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
