* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water begins to overflow the banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 17.4 feet and falling.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 11.8 feet Sunday
    morning.
  - Action stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
