...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN SUMNER...NORTHWESTERN
CLAY...MACON AND TROUSDALE COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM CDT...

At 837 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Scottsville, or 19 miles northwest of Lafayette,
moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Gallatin, Lafayette, Hartsville, Westmoreland, Red Boiling Springs,
Portland, Mitchellville, Bethpage, Bugtussle, Oak Grove, and Bledsoe
Creek State Park.

This includes Interstate 65 near mile marker 119.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
