* At 251 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lebanon,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Lebanon and Watertown.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 236 and 242, and
between mile markers 245 and 249.
