* WHAT...Very little relief through remainder of morning hours with
  heat index values up to 109 expected during afternoon hours today.

* WHERE...All of Middle Tennessee except for Cumberland Plateau
  Region.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
  illnesses.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
