...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of eastern Rutherford
and south central Wilson Counties through 945 PM CDT...

At 857 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Walterhill, or near Murfreesboro, moving south at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Murfreesboro, Walterhill and Lascassas.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 82 and 95.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
