...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern
Davidson, northeastern Dickson, southeastern Montgomery, Cheatham and
western Robertson Counties through 645 PM CDT...

At 604 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 11 miles south of Clarksville to 6 miles north
of White Bluff. Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Ashland City, Goodlettsville, Greenbrier, Coopertown,
Ridgetop, Joelton, Pleasant View, Charlotte, Adams, Cedar Hill,
Cheatham Dam, Beaman Park and Cunningham.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 13 and 39.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
