At 459 AM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Clarksville, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Clarksville.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 1 and 13.
