...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT LEWIS...WAYNE...NORTHWESTERN
LAWRENCE...PERRY AND SOUTHWESTERN HICKMAN COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM
CDT...

At 512 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Linden to Primm Springs. Movement was south at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lawrenceburg, Hohenwald, Centerville, Waynesboro, Linden, Collinwood,
Clifton, Lobelville, Gordonsburg, Kimmins, Henryville, Flatwoods,
Lutts, Mousetail Landing State Park, and Pleasantville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
