...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of eastern De Kalb,
north central Warren, northwestern White and southwestern Putnam
Counties through 930 PM CDT...

At 902 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Smithville, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Smithville, Baxter, Burgess Falls State Park and Bakers Crossroads.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 274 and 282.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
