...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern
Montgomery and Stewart Counties through 345 PM CDT...
At 309 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Big Rock, or 8 miles northeast of Dover, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Dover, Clarksville, Big Rock, Cumberland City, Indian Mound and
Woodlawn.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
