...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southeastern Smith,
De Kalb and southwestern Putnam Counties through 145 PM CDT...

At 111 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Smithville, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Smithville, Baxter, Gordonsville, Dowelltown, Liberty,
Center Hill Lake and Edgar Evans State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 260 and 285.
