...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Smith, southwestern
Jackson and southeastern Macon Counties through 1100 AM CDT...

At 1024 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles southwest of Carthage, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Carthage, Gainesboro, Gordonsville, Red Boiling Springs, South
Carthage, Pleasant Shade and Granville.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 250 and 260.
