...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northern Perry,
south central Humphreys and southwestern Hickman Counties through 415
PM CDT...
At 335 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Parsons, or 8 miles northwest of Linden, moving east at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lobelville and Bucksnort.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 145 and 150.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
