Tennessee...

  Tennessee River At Clifton affecting Wayne, Perry, Hardin and
  Decatur Counties.

For the Tennessee River...including Clifton...elevated river levels
are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Tennessee River At Clifton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 369.0 feet, In Decatur County, water inundates Scenic
  Lane in the Russ Farm area, cutting off all access to riverfront
  homes in the area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - There is no current observed data.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 366.8 feet early
    Tuesday afternoon.
  - Action stage is 364.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 370.0 feet.
