...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Clay, Fentress, Overton and Pickett.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1156 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms moving across the area. Up to 1 inch of rain
    has fallen quickly with these storms in the past hour. With
    grounds saturated from the 1 to 3 inches of rain that fell
    earlier today, minor flooding is possible in the advisory
    area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Livingston, Jamestown, Celina, Byrdstown, Allardt, Dale
    Hollow Lake, Standing Stone State Park, Pall Mall, Pickett
    State Park and Moss.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
