...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Clay, Cumberland, Fentress, Jackson, Overton, Pickett,
  Putnam and White.

* WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1208 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cookeville, Crossville, Livingston, Jamestown, Celina,
    Byrdstown, Algood, Monterey, Baxter, Allardt, Pleasant Hill,
    Crawford, Rickman, Clarkrange, Standing Stone State Park,
    Grimsley, Dale Hollow Lake, Cummins Falls State Park,
    Hamptons Crossroads and Pall Mall.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
