...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Montgomery, northern
Sumner, northern Cheatham and Robertson Counties through 600 PM
CDT...
At 527 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Turnertown, Kentucky to Clarksville to 8 miles
south of Fort Campbell. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Springfield, Clarksville, White House, Greenbrier, Coopertown,
Westmoreland, Cross Plains, Portland, Pleasant View, Orlinda, Adams,
Cedar Hill, Mitchellville, Black Jack, Oak Grove, Palmyra, Woodlawn
and Cunningham.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 65 between mile markers 106 and 121.
Interstate 24 between mile markers 1 and 28.
