...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of central De Kalb,
west central Putnam and north central Cannon Counties through 100 PM
CDT...

At 1237 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles southeast of Watertown, or 10 miles west of Smithville, moving
east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Smithville, Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Center Hill Lake and
Edgar Evans State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 267 and 271.
